- Schleusungen alle halbe Stunde (ein- oder ausgehend, gruppiert); jede Schleusung vorher anmelden (UKW 14 oder Telefon), keine freie Durchfahrt zur Mercator Marina.
- Erste Schleusung hinaus 30 min nach Öffnung des Hafenbüros, letzte Einfahrt 60 min vor Schließung. Die täglichen Öffnungszeiten veröffentlicht die Marina nicht, nur telefonisch (+32 59 70 57 62, Hafenmeister +32 474 68 82 78).
- April bis Ende Oktober täglich geöffnet; November bis März ist das Hafenbüro montags und dienstags geschlossen; am 24., 25., 31.12. und 1.1. geschlossen.
- Bei Springtide, Nipptide, Sturm, Arbeiten oder höherer Gewalt kann die Schleuse geschlossen bleiben.
