Mondsee: On the Mondsee the use of craft with combustion engines is prohibited all year round. Otherwise the same applies as on the Attersee and Traunsee: motor craft stay at least 200 m from the shore and the reed belt, except to berth, leave or lie stationary, and head towards the shore only by the shortest route at no more than 10 km/h; boats with living accommodation and more than 2 m draught, houseboats and residential vessels may not be used.
